Advancement

The project site being located outside the limits of the Urban Development Plan of the city of Gafsa, the establishment of a PAD is therefore necessary, this is a rather long critical path since it requires a detailed development study, granted by decree!
This study is beautiful and well underway with SCET ‐ TUNISIE aims to create a new technological pole with an ITO (Information Technologies and Off shoring) vocation.

The study comprises the following 2 phases:

  • Phase 1: initial study - presentation of the project: carried out at the end of March 2011
  • Phase 2: town planning, technical and environmental studies of the Retail Development Plan (PAD): completion at the end of the second half of 2012.
